The patriarch of this family Cornwall celebrated his 53rd birthday last weekend. Jen, Chris, Laura and myself all made the trek to Visalia to offer our best wishes in person.
Patriotism, Pyrotechnics and Processed Pork Products was the consensus summary of the annual air show at Marine Core Air Station Miramar among our group of attendees. We are lucky enough to have family connections to some of those flying in the show, so complimentary tickets in the nice "chalet" seating were available to us. This was not my first time at an air show, but the first in many years (since witnessing a crash at an air show at Lemoore Naval Air Station close to 20 years ago); and it was the first visit to the air show at Miramar for any in our group.
